As we discussed during our meeting, we would like you to focus on offering better awareness to the goalie (responsible for triage) on the triage queue. As a bonus, that awareness can be extended to the folks that file tickets to triage. Since scheduling is complicated, we suggest you get the needed data for the goalie rotation from PagerDuty.
It would be great if you could take a holistic approach, where you work with Adrien to figure out what would be the best product/design approach for this project. Then, focus on building incrementally towards that end goal. Ideally on Friday, we can discuss the product vision, demo what you were able to build this far, and what would be the next steps if you had more time.
We are really happy to have you work on this feature as we are confident this improvement will significantly enhance the experience and reactiveness of the goalie, both for us internally as well as for our customers.
Weâre here to be a resource. Your dedicated slack channel #wt-kenneth is the best way to communicate with all of us and keep us updated on your progress. Feel free to request huddles, co-working time, and tag specific people.

How We Work: Some projects at linear work fairly independently. We like to stay relatively focused and heads down. Donât mistake our quiet work environment for lack of interest in collaborating.
Our communication style is not typically focused on immediate reassurance. We trust you to be confident and proactive in your decisions. Don't worry if you don't hear much in the way of positive feedback from us. Keep us updated as needed, and feel free to request immediate feedback if your next steps are dependent on it.
We tend to start each day by posting a quick hello/good morning in our #general channel, so feel free to pop in to say hello each day and share that youâre here for your work trial.

We'll end the week with a work trial presentation where you can take the team through your work. Format up to you (feel free to use Pitch, we sent you an invite), but we love a quick intro to you and an overview of the project/prompt before getting into your work, as we'll share the recording with the broader team who may have less context into your project. At the end of the presentation, if you have any other thoughts to share about the product or ways you could expand beyond your project, that's always great to hear too.
